To make Paneer 65, you will need:
- 2 cups Shuddh paneer, diced equal size
- 2 tablespoons Shuddh ghee
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1.5 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch or all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, for frying
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the cubed Shuddh paneer and toss it until everything is evenly combined, add two tablespoons water if it feels dry to combine evenly, and place aside for about 30mins
- Add all flour, salt and sprinkle some water, and evenly coat the paneer in the batter
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the paneer pieces, up to 3 mins on each side or until golden brown. Alternatively, you can air fry or shallow fry as well.
- Drain the pieces on paper towels, sprinkle some chat masala as a seasoning and serve immediately.
