- 2 cups Shuddh paneer, diced equal size
- 2 tablespoons Shuddh ghee
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1.5 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch or all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, for frying
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. Add the cubed Shuddh paneer and toss it until everything is evenly combined, add two tablespoons water if it feels dry to combine evenly, and place aside for about 30mins Add all flour, salt and sprinkle some water, and evenly coat the paneer in the batter Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the paneer pieces, up to 3 mins on each side or until golden brown. Alternatively, you can air fry or shallow fry as well. Drain the pieces on paper towels, sprinkle some chat masala as a seasoning and serve immediately. Enjoy!
