Paneer Cutlet

To make Paneer Cutlets, you will need:

  • 2 cups Shuddh paneer, crumbled
  • 2 potatoes, boiled and grated
  • 2 tablespoons Shuddh ghee
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped mint
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt, to taste
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the crumbled Shuddh paneer, grated potatoes, cilantro, mint, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt and Shuddh ghee.
  2. Divide the mixture into small balls and flatten them into cutlets.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown.
  4. Drain the pieces on paper towels and serve.
