Ingredients & Measurements :
- Shuddh Paneer – 1 cup
- Tortillas – 4
- Cheddar Cheese – 30gm
- Mozarella – 30gm
- Onion – 1 Tablespoon
- Extra virgin olive oil – 4 Tablespoon
- Red chilli powder – 1 Teaspoon
- Oregano – 1/2 Tablespoon
- Red pepper – 1/2 Tablespoon
- Garlic – 1 Teaspoon
- Cumin – 1 Teaspoon
- Paprika powder – 1 Teaspoon
- Thyme – 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Instructions :
- Take a bowl, and add Shuddh Paneer cubes, red chilli powder, paprika powder, and cumin powder.
- Add oregano and thyme. Mix all the ingredients well to combine, and let the paneer marinate for some time.
- Add chopped onions and red bell peppers. Keep aside until required.
- Take a pan, heat olive oil, and add chopped garlic, onion, and red pepper. Saute for about a minute. Then add in the marinated panner cubes. Cook well to prepare the stuffing.
- Once the filling is ready, take a tortilla base and spread olive oil. Add a layer of grated mozzarella cheese and top with the prepared filling.
- Season with pepper, sea salt, oregano and grated cheddar cheese. Cover with another tortilla base and cook well until the tortillas turn golden and appear crisp.
- Your drool-worthy Paneer Quesadilla is ready to enjoy.
