Paneer Burger

Ingredients & Measurements :

  • Shuddh Paneer – 1/2 cup
  • Walnuts – 3 Tablespoon
  • Corn – 1/8 cup
  • Mustard Paste – 1 Teaspoon
  • Onion – 1 pc
  • Oregano – 1 Teaspoon
  • Milk – 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Red Chilli Powder – 2 Dashes
  • All-Purpose Flour – 10 Tablespoon
  • Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tablespoon
  • Light Soya Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
  • Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Sesame Seeds – 3 Tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise – 3 Tablespoon
  • Onion Powder – 2 Tablespoon
  • Garlic Powder – 2 Tablespoon
  • Garlic Salt – 2 Tablespoon
  • Burger Buns – 2
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Lettuce (loose-leaf) – 2 handful
  • Cabbage Red – 1/2 cup
  • Coriander Leaves – 4 Tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions :

Mix all the veg seasoning powder ingredients (garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt) and keep aside. In another bowl, mix all the herb mayonnaise dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, coriander leaves, milk and pepper) and keep aside. In a bowl, mix the sesame seeds, 2 tbsp maida and 1/4 cup of water. Mix the paneer, cabbage, corn, walnuts, onion, mustard seeds, oregano, ketchup, soya sauce and pepper in another bowl. Shape the mixture into small/medium patties. Dip each patty in the sesame-maida batter. Now heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Roll the prepared patties in the breadcrumbs and shallow fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain excess oil. Take half the burger bun, spread some butter and place the lettuce on top. Place a patty and spread the herb mayonnaise mixture. Cover it with the other half of the burger bun. Secure it with a toothpick if desired. Serve hot with french fries and a dip of your choice.
